I bought a helmet; Sena Outrush R - which has Senas intercom preinstalled.

I was very pleased with:
1) The price
2) deliveryspeed!

But... In the description it said that the helmets intercom came with FM radio - which is perfect since internet connection in some parts where i ride is really poor. I tried to get the FM radio to start, didn't happen. After update, restart, recharge i finally turned to Senas supportpage and found out that Sena apparently had removed the FM radio on some of the Outrush R helmets due to a lack of elektronik chips.
Of course this was the case with my helmet (you can find that out depending on what serial type number your specifik helmet has). I sent an e-mail to FC moto the same day about this where i asked what their suggestion was. Could they find another of this helmet with FM radio? Any other compensation? Actually i would have been okej if they appologized and offered me a free return of the helmet.
But their response today was that the issue is known by them on Senas helmets. No offering return, no other compensation.
So 3 stars where it could have been 5.

There was a good range of products at competitive prices.The item was posted very quickly with FC Moto informing of delivery dates . A very slick easy buying process.

I ordered FXR pants and got it delivered fast in Belgium.
The article is exactly how I supposed it to be, so I recommend.

I can only recommend returning goods via FC-Moto Return Label Europa, great.

Dont not buy anything from these if your in the UK just been told that I have got to pay inport costs £80.9p for a damn helmet thats cost me already £350 and they have not made this very clear what so ever and its not even on my Invoice about these charges would of been better off going to a damn shop and getting it which I wish I had as a refund is going to take estimated 30+ days as the depo hold it for 21 days then it gets sent back which I was Informed will not be going back express shipping back to them then it takes a further 14-17 days for them to refund you AVOID THESE AT ALL.COST IF LIVING IN THE UK!!! VERY MISLEADING TO SAY THE LEAST

Berik Losail Two-piece fits perfectly. Customer service recommended a 56 and they were right! I was going to go for a 58 which would have been too big. Arms and legs perfect length. I am 1.80m and 95kg. Delivery to Thailand was quick and it conveniently arrived at my local post office.

Fairly good product at an affordable price, same features as the big brands without the big price tag. Will be buying from here again

I have ordered a suit over £300.00 I have not had a chance to see the suit due to it being held in customs in the UK. I am now being required to pay another £80 to release it from customs. So In total I have spent £400! I’m sure the suit is great quality and I hope it is! With the price I have paid.

But PLEASE make it clear to people when buying the suit if from the UK the customs charges are there otherwise I would have never had ordered it. I really really wish I had seen something when ordering about the customs charges because it’s actually ridiculous

I would like to edit my review....Got the bike shoes today, iam very happy with them, and they fit perfect! The package came super fast. The only beef I have is getting the shoes shipping to Canada. Shipping was 52.13 and Taxes and customs was 40.18 from DHL ....total 92.31 on 181 dollar shoes. Surprised me that it cost half of what the shoe is worth...so buyer beware of it! Otherwise, top notch product and shipping!
